Post-Brexit
Agua are now able to offer a “hassle free, pre - Brexit style” delivery service to EU delivery addresses.
We are now registered for VAT in the Netherlands, and have set up our Agua Fabrics logistics hub in Amsterdam.
The result of this is that our EU based customers will be supplied via our logistics hub in Amsterdam, with customs clearance and duties sorted by Agua into the EU.
Shipments to our EU based customers will be supplied utilising our NL VAT registration, allowing us to VAT zero rate all goods shipped to VAT registered EU based customers. Our customers will no longer have the issues associated with customs clearance or duty since the deliveries to them will be intra EU transactions.
All details for Agua Fabrics Ltd will remain unchanged with the exception of our VAT and EORI numbers which will be as follows:

All that needs to happen for our customers to be able to benefit from this new process is for Agua to have record of our customers up to date VAT and EORI numbers.
Invoicing will be from Agua Fabrics Ltd with our UK address but with our NL Vat number and EORI, with VAT zero rated.
One of the reason why we chose the Netherlands to become VAT registered is there is no need for a physical office or address to be in place.
